As a longtime fundraiser I have a knack, skill and methodical approach to resource mobilisation. Over the past decade, I led efforts that raised around €200 million for feminist movements inclusive of trans people and sex workers worldwide. I have worked as a funder, a fundraiser, and co-chaired the Board of an international private philanthropy network.

Fundraising requires information, guts and enough perspective to consider several factors at once.

I support organisations and consortia through:

• analysis of funding opportunities, so you know where, when and how to invest time and resources
• fundraising strategy design: when you are feeling “stuck” and want to catalyse your own creativity; for teams that need guidance on practical steps to increase income; and for completely out-of-the box, off-the-wall approaches that we have not imagined yet.

I also accompany individual fundraisers:

• enhance their decision making skills
• develop political frameworks and systems from which to strategise with or toward funders
• manage stress associated with the responsibilities of raising funds for an organisation or consortium.
